Our last extension to the Terminal Operations System we developed for Vopak Terquimsa integrates new truck loading bays featuring robotic arms. For this, we integrated many new subsystems and incorporated their orchestration to the existing generic truck operations module. In this way, these new trucks benefit from all existing functionality to manage truck queues, truck distribution to loading bays and integration with ERP. Vopak Terquimsa has a clear picture of the different times involved in each of the various steps of their loading/unloading operations and can then focus on optimizing their important KPI.
